Due to the nature of nicotine products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brandstore.infov@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
